Privacy Policy
This policy explains what YavixaChat processes when you use random text and voice chat, create an account, report another user or contact support.
Information we process
- Account information such as username, email address, authentication provider and verified Supabase identity.
- Approximate country derived from network or hosting-provider headers for matching. Your exact city or address is not shown to strangers.
- Server-side session, presence, matchmaking and partner-state records with automatic expiry.
- Reports, bans and moderation actions needed to enforce safety rules.
- Technical security data such as IP address, request time, rate-limit counters and basic service logs.
Chats and voice
YavixaChat does not intentionally save normal text-chat messages in its database. Voice audio is transmitted using WebRTC and is not recorded by YavixaChat. A person you speak with may still copy, screenshot or externally record content, so never share passwords, OTPs, financial information or private identifying details.
Why we use information
- Provide login, matching, messaging and optional voice calls.
- Detect abuse, limit automated traffic and investigate reports.
- Operate premium access when real payments are introduced.
- Maintain service reliability, diagnose failures and comply with valid legal requirements.
Legal basis
Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on providing the requested service, legitimate safety and security interests, consent, or legal obligations.
Service providers
YavixaChat may use hosting providers, Supabase for authentication/PostgreSQL, Upstash or another Redis provider, an email provider such as Resend, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and operational monitoring services. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role and may process data in other countries.
Retention and deletion
Temporary sessions and matchmaking data expire automatically. Account data remains while the account exists. When you permanently delete an account, authentication and profile records are deleted, active sessions are revoked and retained safety reports are anonymized. Security logs, payment records or legally required records may be kept for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You may use guest mode, log out, avoid voice chat, report or block a stranger, and permanently delete an account from the account controls. Applicable law may also give you rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing.
Security and children
YavixaChat uses access controls, encrypted provider connections, server-side sessions and rate limits, but no online service can promise absolute security. YavixaChat is intended only for people aged 18 or older.
